Liz Cunningham Professional Bio

English born,  Canadian by Choice!

Started work under the training of the great T. Eaton Company in downtown Toronto where customers were always right!  Enjoyed raising 3 children and being foster mum to 17 more over 10 years.  Graduation from Humber College in Toronto with ECE (Early Childhood Education) with Honours and became the Director of a large child care centre in Mississauga. Career change to Real Estate administration and now working more specifically with Seniors in real estate transition.

I very much appreciate the need for better business manners and knowledge when it comes to the senior buyer.  Grandchildren, especially shopping for them has made me excited to be part of Age Friendly Business and helping businesses become more senior friendly.  I see first hand how useful our training can be!

I have always volunteered in my community in Girl Guides, as Chair of the Wasaga Beach Library Board and a member of the Lioness Club and now as a member of Brampton CARP #52 Executive, at our local seniors community centre Flower City and our regional organization PEAPN (Peel Elder Abuse Prevention Network).
